"Pathways" is dedicated to maximizing the potential of each patient as quickly as possible and restoring the independence and skill necessary for a successful return home. We offer high staffing ratios, round the clock nursing care, on-site physicians, case managers and a dynamic and caring rehabilitation team. Our unique environment of floor to ceiling life-like murals provides soothing and comfortable surroundings during the rehabilitation process.

An individualized treatment plan for each patient is developed by our interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, nurses and case managers. Intensive rehabilitation includes physical therapy utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to improve mobility and functioning along with the practical elements of climbing up and down steps or walking on and off a curb.



Occupational therapy works with patients in our realistic "Living Environment". A full kitchen and bathroom along with an automobile adapted for realistic transfer training assist residents in adapting to what life will be like at home.
